Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-05

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PeerPath you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. Beta status & service availability

PeerPath is offered “as is” and “as available” during the beta period. We may add, change, remove, or pause features at any time. We do not offer a service-level agreement (no uptime guarantee, no support response-time commitment) during beta. We aim for reasonable availability but make no warranty.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use PeerPath. You confirm this at signup. PeerPath is designed for legitimate peer-advisory and mastermind groups.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
  • You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to keep it current.
  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by anyone you grant access to.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the acceptable-use policy below, or applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use PeerPath for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except through a responsible-disclosure channel at support@peerpath.app.
  • Use PeerPath to send unsolicited bulk email, to reverse-engineer the service, or to scrape data not belonging to your peer group.
  • Impersonate another person, organization, or peer group.
  • Use any automated means to access the service except via the official export feature.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post (monthly updates, goals, warm-up questions, role tags, etc.). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and display your content solely to run the service for you and your peer group. We do not use peer-group content to train AI models. We do not share peer-group content across peer groups. We do not sell or rent your content.

7. Confidentiality (mutual)

You will treat any non-public information you learn about PeerPath (pricing, roadmap, architecture, bugs, dashboards) as confidential. We will treat the contents of your peer group as confidential and will not access it except: (a) at your written request for support, (b) to comply with law, or (c) to investigate a credible threat to the security or integrity of the service. Platform-admin tooling is designed so internal operators see operational metadata (counts, dates, status) without ever seeing the text of monthly updates, goals, or warm-up answers.

8. Third-party services

PeerPath relies on subprocessors listed at /subprocessors. Your use of those services through PeerPath is also subject to their respective terms.

9. Fees

PeerPath is free during the beta period. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and the option to export your data and cancel before any charge.

10. Termination

You may stop using PeerPath at any time and may schedule your account for deletion from your profile. We may suspend or terminate your account for a material breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, we will retain or delete your data per the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

PEERPATH IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF PEERPATH. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your content.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current revision. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
